The Challenge

This is a key role to make possible the growth and development of the company, requiring both technical and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you would organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team. The responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you’ll help us roll out products that deliver our client’s vision.

You will be part of a great team that seeks to make an impact on customer experience management, assessing and supporting multinational companies to add real value to their CXM strategy and best practices.

In your day-to-day, you will be working with teams from all over the world, using agile methodologies and promoting the implementation of best practices at a technological level.

The Role

  • Understand our customers' needs to define the vision of the products, communication, value, and roadmap.
  • Enable growth initiatives by building customized tools and solutions.
  • Ensure the tools fit the current and future needs of product and marketing teams.
  • Works in an agile environment and continuously reviews the client’s business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Align with the client to define product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the product strategy.
  • Sets the product's vision and strategy, create the roadmap, defines the release process, and executes cross-functional activities to bring the product features to life.
  • Find engagement and conversion improvement opportunities considering customer journeys, user behavior, and data analysis.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Set sprint goals, plan releases and upgrades; and follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  • Advice on how to use the solution to optimize the customer experience lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
  • Analyze, adjust and improve workflows and processes in order to improve project efficiency and implementation.
  • Discover and share industry trends around user growth and behavior to impact the product and business.
  • Follow our client’s competitors and the industry.

Requirements

  • +3 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Analyst with digital products.
  • Excellent spoken and written English level.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis, KPIs and indicators management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Knows how to define the product roadmap.
  • Excellent communication, active listening and organization skills.
  • Hands-on problem solver and confident when facing challenges to ensure the project is pushed forward.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multiple products simultaneously.
  • Must be proactive, responsible, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
