Jam City Montevideo is looking for a Senior administrationWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Employee to join our dynamic team in Uruguay. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting and financial activities across our operations in Uruguay, Argentina, and the United States. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing support in various accounting tasks and contributing to our company's financial health.Responsibilities:- Accounting Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes
- Accounts Payable Management: Handle the processing and verification of invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and maintaining accurate financial records
- Treasury and Cash Flow Support: Assist in managing the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs, and supporting treasury functions
- Payroll Processing: Take charge of the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation, and disbursement of salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
- Support in Accounting Closures: Provide essential support during periodic accounting closures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Other Accounting Skills: Utilize a broad range of accounting skills to support various financial operations and projects as needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or advance student with strong background.
- 4 years of experience in similar positions, preferably accounting and payroll.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate properly about Accounting and Finance information.
- Strong and solid English skills.
Nice to have- Oracle and Jira knowledge.
