Responsibilities:

• Lead technical scoping activities for integrations, migrations, and customizations within the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, particularly in CRM and ERP systems, and translate requirements to the technical team.
• Document and track integration processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on orders and linkages to shipping systems, enhancing overall business processes.
• Create flow charts and conceptual diagrams to illustrate technical solutions.
• Manage multiple environments and clients concurrently, adapting to varying needs.
• Embrace a management consulting culture, summarizing client requirements for the technical team.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM or ERP systems, showcasing a deep understanding of enterprise applications and common use cases.
• Ability to conduct integrations of different systems into HubSpot CRM, without the need for direct technical development.
• Proficiency in documenting and tracking processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Familiarity with orders and linkages to shipping systems, demonstrating a holistic grasp of business processes.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and effectively summarize their needs for the technical team.
• Capability to create flow charts and conceptual diagrams to illustrate technical solutions.
• Experience in managing multiple environments and clients concurrently.
• Adaptability to a management consulting culture, prioritizing client-centric solutions.
