Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong ability in requirement gathering and mapping to Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilities

• Lead the entire implementation process of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Gather and analyze requirements, mapping them effectively to Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
• Setup and configure a Marketing Cloud instance from scratch.
• Implement Personalization rules to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Develop rules for content display tailored to different audience segments.
• Create variations in content for diverse use cases, such as recommendations, messaging, and banners.
• Implement dynamic content blocks within the marketing platform.
• Set up and associate dynamic content with personalized content variations.
• Configure and manage Relationship/Personalization Engines for various use cases, especially recommendations.
• Define and implement trigger events for testing purposes to activate content blocks or messages.
• Conduct comprehensive reporting, including analysis of Champion vs. Challenger campaigns.

Desired Experience

• Marketing Cloud development skills.
• Ability to train a team of React developers in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development skills.
